Advantages

The heat transfer machine automatically maintains a constant temperature and has a vacuum suction device to keep the fabric in place while applying even pressure. The labels are fed automatically in the same direction by a robot arm.

The robot arm tears the film, collects and counts the label using 360-degree lighting, and performs other tasks automatically.

The light curtain start function allows the equipment to monitor the operating table’s status in real time. It can detect and collect small pieces by tearing their labels, as long as the distance from the center to the edge of the piece is at least 280mm.
