Eastman's static table system excels in cutting, marking, and punching various flexible materials at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4 cm/sec.). Widely regarded as the preferred choice for materials like cotton, nylon, vinyl, as well as challenging ones such as polystrand, p-tex, and fiberglass-polyester blends, the static cutting table has proven its versatility.

The high-precision configuration of the system ensures multi-axis motion for more defined and accurate cuts. An operator or a pneumatic gripper bar can spread the material across the static table. The open plenum vacuum system design guarantees evenly dispersed airflow, optimizing material hold-down. This computer-controlled system allows zoning capabilities, enabling cutting in one area while the operator picks parts in another, maximizing daily production capacity.

Available in various lengths and widths, the static table system caters to the demands of prototypes, one-offs, and full-production runs.

Key Features:

- Choice of standard, heavy-duty, or fiber tool head, featuring individually aligned and calibrated tool spindles with a selection of over 60 blades, punches, and notches.

- The operating control software includes a library feature, allowing the operator to save commonly used tool pressures and blade assignments based on job and material files.

- Ensure system and software security with restricted login access to prevent unauthorized changes.

Cutting Surface:

- The standard cutting surface is a porous plastic sheet, with alternative options available to optimize cutting results for specific materials or address material contamination concerns. Proven reliable for over 2,000 hours of normal operation use.

Safety:

- Four remote emergency stops: two on the cutting gantry, two system-mounted.

- Additional gantry-mounted stop disks pause system operation until returned to neutral and reset, allowing operation to resume from any position.

- The tool head is equipped with a plexiglass safety window to keep hands free of the knife during operation.

- A single turn-off point with a universal power system for lockout/tagout safeguards employees from unexpected start-up.
